Why have a professional makeup artist for my wedding day?
- You want to look you at your best!
- You want your skin to look flawless all day
- You are unsure what colours to use and how best to apply makeup for photographs
- You would be too nervous on the day yourself to a apply makeup
- You wear very little makeup but on your wedding day you want to look your absolute best
- You want to look amazing in your photographs
Do I need a trial?
I recommend a trial for the bride so that we can meet, discuss and try out different looks. This will ensure you are relaxed and happy with your look before the big day. It is also great to discuss your wedding theme and colours.I also encourage you to show me any photographs/magazine pictures that you like which will give me a an idea of what look you would like to achieve. I also understand that not everyone can afford a trial and am happy to attend wedding days only.
Is there a minimum number for a wedding?
During the peak wedding season ( April to September) - a minimum of two persons must be booked in for the wedding day.
What size of bridal party do you accommodate?
This depends on the time of the ceremony. Most makeup artists will need a minimum of 35 to 45 minutes with each bridesmaid and approximately an hour with the bride. If you have a large bridal party be prepared to start early for both hair and makeup. I am also able to work alongside another highly recommended artist if required.
How do I pay?
I accept cash or bank transfers. Initially I place your wedding date in my diary. A £50 deposit is required once your trial is completed. This secures your date in my diary. If a trial is not required a £50 deposit will be requested. The final balance is due to be paid on the wedding day or before if you prefer. I am happy to provide receipts. I am also fully insured.
When should I book you?
I recommend you book as soon as possible to secure your date as I get booked up quite far in advance. You can contact me by email, text or phone. Please see my contact page. I am also on Facebook , Instagram and Twitter.
